Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between you and Surevia when you access Surevia, add the bot, manage a server, or complete verification.

Eligibility

You must meet Discord's minimum age for your country. You must have authority to accept these Terms for a server or organization you manage.

The service

Surevia provides Discord account matching, proof-of-work challenges, local network intelligence, risk checks, anti-raid controls, review tools, audit records, and role assignment. Server administrators choose settings and make final moderation decisions. Surevia does not verify a person's legal identity.

Your responsibilities

Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass, probe, or disrupt Surevia. Do not use Surevia for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, harassment, spam, malware, credential theft, or decisions producing unlawful harm. Do not misstate a risk result as proof of identity, guilt, or wrongdoing.

Privacy and member data

The Privacy Policy explains Surevia data practices. Server owners remain responsible for their legal basis, notices, settings, review decisions, and responses to member requests. Send privacy requests received for Surevia data to [email protected].

Third-party services

Discord, Cloudflare, hosting providers, and network data publishers operate under their own terms and policies. Their outages, account actions, data updates, or API changes affect Surevia features.

Network data and licenses

Surevia uses local copies of IP2Location LITE DB5, IP2Proxy LITE PX12, and MaxMind GeoLite Country, City, and ASN data. The publishers own their data and related rights. Surevia uses those sources under their licenses and required attributions. You must not extract, copy, resell, redistribute, or build a separate network database from Surevia results.

Network data is approximate and changes over time. Coverage, update dates, and source methods differ. A result might be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Surevia compares available sources and lowers confidence when records conflict. Server administrators remain responsible for human review and final action.

Surevia uses the IP2Location LITE database for IP geolocation. Surevia uses the IP2Proxy LITE database for IP geolocation. This product includes GeoLite Data created by MaxMind.

Ownership and license

Surevia and its licensors own the service, branding, software, and documentation. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms. You keep ownership of content and settings you submit. You grant Surevia permission to process those items for service delivery, security, and legal compliance.

Suspension and termination

You are free to remove the bot and stop using Surevia at any time. Surevia reserves the right to limit or suspend access for abuse, security threats, legal duties, unpaid charges, or a serious breach of these Terms. Surevia will provide notice when circumstances permit.

Service availability

Surevia is provided on an as-available basis. Risk checks and network datasets do not identify every abusive account or stop every raid. To the extent law permits, Surevia disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged.

Liability

To the extent law permits, Surevia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, lost profits, lost data, server moderation choices, or third-party service failures. Surevia's total liability for claims tied to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Surevia during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where law prohibits a limit.

Changes and governing law

Surevia will post a new effective date after a material change. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. The laws of the jurisdiction where the Surevia operator is established govern these Terms, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. Courts with lawful authority in the chosen jurisdiction will hear disputes unless consumer law gives you another forum.
